Reduce PDF Size in 4 Easy Steps

Email accounts can get overloaded for many reasons. Reducing the size of pdf files can be an easy solution to your email account issues.

1.    Open the file in Adobe.

2.    From the file menu, choose “Save As” then “Reduce Size PDF”.

3.    A popup window will ask which version you wish to make your file compatible with. Allow it to remain on the default “Retain existing” and choose “ok”.

4.    You will then be prompted to give your document a file name. An eight page lesson plan can go from being 10.4 MB to 1.8 MB in a matter of seconds.
